4Potato’s arrival was the longest anticipated birth. We thought she was due December 29th but she did not arrive until January 20th.

Nourishing Days is having a give away of Nina Planck’s new book: Real Food for Mother & Baby. I read her first book Real Food and found it to be an encouraging and practical guide to eating whole foods. I highly recommend it! I’m looking forward to reading this book as well!
Some friends of ours invited us to attend the Christmas Program at Phoenix First Assembly of God last night. This production is at a Mega-Church—I have never been to a church this huge!
